Are there people on Sololearn who began with the app as stark dummies but are now experts with the sole help of Sololearn?
Most of the expert programmers here on Sololearn; what was their level of proficiency when they signed up for Sololearn? Here is my motive. I really want to know how to make the most use of this app based on the targets, the high taste and passion I have for programming and what I've learnt so far. I would love to know if the resources on Sololearn are enough for that or it's just supplementary.

While it is certainly possible to become an expert from a beginner solely via this site, it would be much faster to make use of other resources. Learn the basics here and use the community resources to get help with programs that fail or questions that need answering.
Expert level knowledge requires expert level programs that won't run here so would have to be coded in many small pieces. It also requires knowledge that might be floating around in various programs shared here. But, reading sites like stackoverflow make it readily available.

Sololearn definitely won't get you to a professional level, but it's great for learning the basics. Many of the experts you see (e.g. John Wells) were already proficient in the languages they use. I was one of those 'stark dummies' who started ~4 months ago.

Sololearn is great as a part of your initial formation but don't rely solely on this. Please check other sites, books and videos. You need to contrast differents
approaches to build a strong foundation on your beginnings. But the most important thing is to keep going!
