I've been using CodeCademy's tutorials but can't memorize it on my own. How can I practice HTML, CSS & Javascript efficiently??

Make websites. That's the best, most solid advice that I can give. You learn a language by making programs (in your case, websites), and experience will push you forward. Every program I make, I learn something new.

first of all learn and write codes in book ,after that execute this on PC/laptop.
complete daily at least 2 programme.
