Does Language affect Programming skill??

To prove this, which Countries have been most effective in Programming?

the most languages are written in USA/English, but for me (even if i 'm Dutch (Netherlands)) it doesn't affect my programming skills

I think that it may, at least a little, affect you programming in a group. It is juat because when you have to write descriptive names and understand what does a specific function do. Ofc you can always google it, but it is not that fast then. Other than that, I do not think that it have any affects
