How to make a game in notepad ?

Download something more powerful - like Unreal Engine or Unity. Because it will be very hard to write game logic in notepad. Both Unreal Engine and Unity has very nice tutorials from where you can learn how to develop games. But before that, you need to learn programming basic concepts - loops, statements, object oriented programming

batch its not a type neither a programming language but if you write some batch code in the notepad and save it has name.bat
it will make a litlle program
you cant make 3d games with it
you cant make graphics either
but you can make a funcional program like a calculator
