if your on linkedin look there or check meetup and find a meet up with coders or designers because the two mix frequently. even if only out of necessity.

you could also look at/post on craigslist or something similar.

btw most designers and artists have zero interest in roaltys and/or exposure, if your game doesn‘t look like it will actually launch or they are personaly invested in it for some reason
