Google benchmark | Windows | No cmake

I am on windows 11 and would like to use google benchmark but i dont have cmake and would like not to install the same.

Is there a way to use google benchmark then?

I agree but unfortunately my current assignment on windows and it has no provision (I don't have access right to do additional set up) and I do have make installed.

So , currently I don't have use case of asking for cmake.
