note pad++ just only 4.55MB, it is awesome. it provides coding environment for every language. your Android phone is also good if you use EX FILE EXPLORER. I have used it create around 250 HTML programs.

SoloLearn app isn't as bad as text editor ;) Else I've use a little DroidEdit Free... but it isn't very confortable for typing... unless you get a tablet and/or a hard keyboard ^^ However, you need to restrict to relatively short codes, because syntax colouring need quickly a lot of ressources and the use becomes hardly :(
