If you want to make a good single-page Website and add a lot of cool features try out Angular 2(7). It's an awesome framework that's easy to master and very powerful. A very cool feature to it, is that while programming you can see your page changing in the browser. After finishing with your creation there is an easy guide on how to upload it to GitHub in order for everyone to be able to visit it.

You can host your project for free with Github. But if you want something like a real website, you will need to buy a domain. You can actually get a website domain for free but you will get a sub domain. And when can get a free real domain from some hosting sites, it won't be a (.Com) domain name. So what's my advice? Buy a domain name if it's really nesessary. It's pretty cheap, only couple of dollars or less a month. And if it's just project of yours, publish it at Github for others to see.

I use github for free hosting. However, if you want a custom domain you will need godaddy.com or other website I belive.

You can host it at home if you want for free, if you have a Linux machine at home install nginx, a long as your server isn't blocking ports you can give your IP address to someone so they can visit your site. I don't recommend this, you can get a free domain name and have that domain name point to your public ipv4 address .

Hi Ishu I have been using this free hosting provider for simple html/php websites. You can host upto 5 domains free. Also they provide some domains for as low as $2 per year. http://freehostia.com/ You can get free domains like .tk here (I think they will be available free until some one else purchase them) https://www.freenom.com For security you can get a free plan from https://www.cloudflare.com/ or get certificate from: https://zerossl.com/ Following services are good for deploying/managing webapps (NodeJS/Angular etc) https://firebase.google.com https://www.heroku.com/
