To fit our page on different screen size of platform like mobile, tablets, computers etc.

We fixing the boundary of elements so those elements can't go beyond the it's boundary.

Min width/min height of a div means it should not be less then the given width/height but when the elements increase and does not get fit in then it can increase the width/height. Overall it makes a div flexible.
