Where i can learn bootstrap 3?

I want to learn bootstrap 3, can you guys help me by suggestions, may be app or a website....😇

Don't bother with Bootstrap 3 anymore, Bootstrap 4 has been released. Bootstrap's website has a lot of good documentation.

While Bootstrap 4 is the most up-to-date, it is only supported by Internet Explorer 10 and up; if you're starting a new project use Bootstrap 4, if you need to learn Bootstrap 3 for a legacy project or compatibility issues there are still many resources available.
