Guys, wordpress is not framework! It is a CMS! Wamp, xamp is servers, not frameworks! Framework is like a methodology and a set of reusable components

wamp and "xampp" are local server softwares. The keyword is framework. like larval or symfony.

tuchy, both wamp and xamp aren't PHP frameworks ,this is the way to do a local server but not a framework to work in PHP,you can work in but not the same way you would do in a framework like laravel

It's depends on project. But my favorite is codeigniter because it's simple and very fast to learn. i'm also use symfony for big project with api authentication flow

WordPress is a cms that is correct yes but if you know you can use it as a framework. custom code, custom plugins, custom theme development etc just few the codex. Anyway to answer with strong emphasis on framework ONLY I would say CodeIgniter and Zend. Played with cakePHP but its not my fav to use.
