HTML - How to Insert an Image into your html code from your PHONE ? Can someone help describing the complete steps ?

Inserting an image from your phone storage
into your HTML code is just not happening.
I have read a lot of suggestions in the comments section,
however none of them seems to be working.
Can someone please give simple and foolproof guidelines for the same.
