JS line 48 error. It is not deleting the element from the array.

So at js line 48, i am deleting an element of type Fish from the array fList inside the class FishList but it is not working and I don't understand why. I have tried to fix it but it is not working. Help.

Cos splice syntax is array.splice(INDEX, 1)
