Ordered Max via reduced offer, but profile shows Pro - anyone else having the same issue?
So, i just took the jump and ordered the SoloLearn Max offer via PayPal for 5$ per month as an annual subscription, but the Profile shows Pro. Anyone else having this issue?

I have Max and it does not say that on my profile page. It shows PRO. So that part is "normal".
I have full access to AI courses. If you do not have access to AI courses, then perhaps logout and back in or restart the app. If you purchased MAX, you should not be getting ads to upgrade anymore.
If you continue to have difficult, confirm that your purchase went through (receipt) and contact info@sololearn.com.
I cannot recall exactly what happened when I upgraded to Max, but I vaguely remember having some temporary issue. So it might resolve itself. But I'm not sure if I recall that correctly.

do you have access for everything?

Both of you, thanks for chiming in. Sad, that an app/corp to "help learning coding" is not able to set the right label for the subscription, but thanks for confirming it is indeed the case that "Max" is not a thing regarding the tag on the profile. I already wrote to the support to clarify why this is the case and will await their answer, but wanted to make use of the forum to see if this is a hiccup or indeed "a thing". For an app with this many subscribers and users in general it's unacceptable to be that "vague", especially when it comes to paid subscriptions. An app should at least represent the actual status of the subscription. And i will make sure this opinion is discussed and the issue hopefully answered in the long-run - no matter the actual cost, once you contract you have to fullfil. I will reinstall the app on iPad to see if it changes anything. Regarding the missing password, do you know by any chance of any way to set a password when a passkey via Apple login was used originally?

Okay this gets really weird, now after re-installing the app on iPad i checked the account settings and suddenly had an option to change passwords that does not require an old password (which wasn't set in the first place due to using a PassKey via iCloud). First it failed then when touching outside the modal-settings-dialogue it suddenly alerts, password was set ... Ads are still shown, although Pro is active and i still can't access the AI-based-tasks via the iPadOS-app.

If i understood correctly, max should allow ai-assisted learning. While in the browser view i do have access to these tasks and they are counted, i can not access them on my iPad Pro 12.9" 2015 1. Gen and i even get a banner/icon to buy Pro, although the profile states Pro. Then i wanted to test access via Android on a Huawei P30, but had to realize i used Apple iCloud Passkey, so i do not even have a password set for the app and i can not find any info on how to set a password in this case. It's all mangled up and feels shady, or "not thought through" if you want to make a more postive statement .. EDIT: Besides that, ads are still shown on iPad - so yeah not really what max/pro promised.

Update: The SoloLearn App on iPadOs 16.7.10 finally enabled the AI-sections after a good dozen redirects into oblivion (just a white page when selecting an AI-based task, then the App crashing completely). Login on Android 12/EMUI still fails, although the password is set and i can login in for example in a private browser-tab. Have to see what is going on there, will try on a Android 14/LineageOS based device today, to see if that makes a difference.
