@Pranjal um what do you mean? databases are server-side stuff. u need to settle with a back end language before proceeding see html is just front end but dealing with back end stuff is the hardest. i recommend node because it is what i use to build my website and mysql-server was an ezpz setup

there is no best language lol each language has their own way of interacting with sql databases. there are mongodb, mysql, sqlite3 and etc. my favorite is mysql with nodejs idk if u like it but i think its the best since i use it lol

if u want u can go with my MySQL for sql and mongoDB for NoSql
