I believe it's better to specialize in one at a time. And with regards to which language should a person begin with, here's SoloLearn's official answer: " Which language should I learn first? That depends on what you're trying to achieve. For web development: Start with HTML, and then move on to CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, and SQL. For general application programming: Python, C++, and Ruby; then Java, C#, or Swift, based on the platform you're targeting." Reference FAQ: https://www.sololearn.com/faq

From personal experience it is much better to be a master at one skill rather than to be a beginner at multiple skills. Again from personal experience I feel it is much easier to start with python because most of the syntax is easy for people with basic knowledge in english. For scripting languages like Python and PHP are useful. For OOP Python, C++, C#, Java or Ruby is used

one language at a time . Its better if u get used to (specialize) in onethen move on to other . When u do 3-4 languages at a time it generally mixes up everything and u'll get confused.
