I don't really know, but I tell about my own way (By week experience) I like learn python by way, that I repeat all lessons until I can them. But if you could make apps, making them by your programming language would make you learn the programming language almost automatically, but you don't know how to make the apps before you have learn the programming language💩. But best you find the best way for you to learn.
