14yrs old is young enough for you to try, experience and learn anything that you want to. No need to be too rust, get your hands dirty on every stuffs that are available to you right at the moment.
If you are really interested in computer system architecture, I recommend you to start with C. Although many says C is quite outdated nowadays, but C is still the mother of many languages like Java. Learning C will not bring you any bad effects, instead it will let you understand deeper into the root of computer architecture. The only downside I can say is it's quite challenging especially for beginners, since C is a low (machine) level language.
If you want to get into an easy way, definitely I'll suggest you to get started with Python, the definite language for beginners due to its simple and clean syntax.
Besides programming languages, I suggest you study about different aspects of computer system design like algorithm, data structure, etc. A good software/program is not merely made by programming language, but also by its underlying software architecture techniques and design used.
Maybe in the future you can get into a computer science course. Definitely you can just become a self-taught programmer/software engineer, but a course in computer science is still a plus. Since you decided your dream in such a young age, why still proceed to another path other than computer science or its related course :)
I can't decide your future though, these are just my honour suggestions and opinions. Hope it helps :)
