I learned a bunch of languages but now I don't know what to do with them. What do I need to do to learn the rest of the process?

I have an IDE on my computer that runs JS. Other than that, this is the only place I have to code. I've built software but I don't know how to take it from my IDE to an actual file that I can download and share. I've built websites but I don't know how to publish them. I built an app but I don't know how to get in onto the App Store. I don't know what kinds of IDE's I need for which language, where to find them, or even how to pick one. I'm just wondering where I can learn more about this process. Thanks!
