What is the toughest coding question that you faced in an interview?

I haven't ever had a programming interview nor am near that level yet, but I know I have found various places online that give examples of common interview questions

haven't applied for programming jobs but got a question on a security interview where i had to explain in detail how a certain program works and to create a program to make a simple task of download&save, with a few rules.
there are lots of videos on the subject and even google has released a video on how to prep for an interview
