It takes A LOT OF educational guess to recognize your question.

1. From your profile, it seems you are taking a lot of courses. And I assume the top course shows is the current course you are taking.
2. "Grouping" seems like a keyword, and "GROUP" is the most likely keyword I can think of, which use in SQL.
3. The top course I saw from step 1 is "Coding for Data", which match my guess.
4. From the tag field I saw "module" and "4". And from the course, module 4 is "Data Analysis". Inside it contains a lesson call "Grouping", which likely match your question title.
5. Maybe by chance, page 4 in that lesson also contains code.
6. I run the code both on Android app and PC, all work perfectly.
