I think it's not a good idea.
Practicing and seeing different program's code of JS would be better.

Well, do as you wish. I prefer to master a programming language and move to the next one, so they don't mix up.

If you are beginner in programming, you possibly will be confused if you start learning both of them in same time. It is better to master the first of them and after that second one.
