Learning by practice

I’ve been learning coding for over one and a half year but it’s been going nowhere. Basically, my knowledge covers HTML, basic CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap and jQuery. For example, when it comes to creating my own web CV, I dont know where to start and what to put in it. I feel like it’s only good when I practice my coding skills beside learning raw theory, which I can’t apply to any real frontend developments. It’d be nice for me to get a simple idea where to start(small projects or new things need learning)

maybe it makes sense for you to focus on applying your skills to concrete projects (making websites for friends and try to implement their special wishes). When you don't know where to start, take existing examples and modify them the way you want. but in general you start with html, then css/bootstrap, then js/jquery. another way is to remember what you know and build something from the scratch without looking at examples.
