Why there isn't BASIC language on SoloLearn?

I know that BASIC is an outdated language but it's very easy to use and can help beginners to understand the base of coding. What do you think?

i started with java...nd i got no problem! U can also chose an easy language to begin with.. like HTML, Java, etc.

thank you everybody! ps: Mayank Rampuriya I wasn't asking for myself (I've learnt BASIC with an old TI-99 and now I'm studying python) so I was asking for onther people who might need help. (just a clarification)

nowadays I don't know ppl who use BASIC language..Yeah if sololearn introduce BASIC, FORTRAN, COBOL etc.. I too will be happy
