Hi, I have basic Python skills and some Html and CSS, what should I learn next to creat a Web App? Or a SaaS app? Thx.

if u further go for web development or saas in python then u should go for Django(web development framework in python) server side and and for front-end and interaction html/css with some jQuery or JavaScript by your requirement and some database knowlwdge like sql is good. In python there are other web framework also available but Django is advanced and better if not going for python there many choices like PHP, .NET etc..

I didn't say that PHP or python which is better to choose , in web development PHP is widely used web framework and it's documentation and solutions are easily available while python web development is also gud ,if u go further then solution are available, there are less shared hosting for python based web framework, but its good if u know python
