What to do if you feel that "i dont know anything"?

I did HTML and CSS pretty good (but I feel I don't know everything). completed is too.... but I am full dull in it (I think so). python is in progress.....
what to do now , should I start again........

no no, do not start again. Here it is:
make a web site. a fully, good looking web site. Only this way you can rwally test yourself and get confident with what you are really doing. Keep it up and do not only realy on this app and lwarning. You have to constantly check yourself and you will be the best

js is how your site behaves. so css nat html creates alook of the site whereas js creates the vehavior of the site, like button clicks etc.
