If you were a potential client of mine, I would ask you to forward your branding guidelines, all your branded assets, and a list of 5-10 of the sites you would like me to mimic and specify the qualities you appreciate about the examples you're sending. If you had mock-ups, I would ask you to forward those as well. If you hadn't consulted a branding expert yet, I would refer you to one. However, since we are having this discussion on a learning platform, it would be far more productive for you to provide a copy of your attempt(s) (preferably via Code Playground) and we can help troubleshoot any specific issues you may have.
