Any skill that you learn in life you can put down on your resume, technically. However, most employers are going to question you, test you, and/or want to see your PORTFOLIO to see what you're made of. So whatever you learn, make sure you know it and have practiced it (as well as created examples for your portfolio) before applying.
If you're asking if the certs here are officially recognized, then no. They're simply milestones for your sense of accomplishment so you can see where you've come along the way and can keep track of it all. However, you must realize that it is YOUR skills that are important and not pieces of paper pretending to represent you. Hone your skills and you'll be fine. I don't have any certs nor degrees, but I work alongside people who do in the corporate world at a telecommunications company. I'm not the best looking person in the world, so I promise I didn't persuade them with my sexiness; I simply showed up and showed them what I could do.
Also, hone your communication skills; that'll serve you the best in life. You can talk yourself in and out of situations quicker than any skill/piece of paper will. Combine that with what you're capable of and you'll speak opportunity into your life instead of waiting on it to arrive.
