Why is programming so confusing?

I'm sorry if I'm not that clear with the question, i don't really know what's going on.
The thing is that I have been programming for some months and the only things I can manage to do is a simple website, with simple HTML, CSS and absolutely no JavaScript.
I'm dieing to learn more JavaScript and Node.js or Angular, but I can't seem to be understanding how to applie JavaScript or any other programming languages
I've tried Python, I was about to throw my computer, I though programming languages would be like HTML but I guess not.
Please help me out some way I can understand programming languages and can start learning them.

While learning a programming language take your time and be patient. Learn a new concept every few days, most importantly practice and ask for help when you need it.
