What is the best free IDE for developing PHP in Linux environment?

NetBeans IDE - is really good. Is faster than Eclipse, supports many frameworks and PHP development tools (like Composer, testing tools, phpcs and more), contains support for direct access to databases and there are many plugins - for better cooperation with GitHub, WordPress plugin etc.

oh, sorry didn't remember that. But if you are student, you can send your id card or few more things (look up on JetBrains website), they will give you 1 year free license.
