I dont understand why my html code is not running on sololearn it just stays blank..

In the source code that url is not the image itself but the page of the image on imgbb. You have to use an another link. (The animated gif doesn't work from there for me, this is why I changed it. See bellow.)
Anyway the size of the flag on PC and in the app is different.
