Which language should I learn first? That depends on what you're trying to achieve. For web development: Start with HTML, and then move on to CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, and SQL. For general application programming: Python, C++, and Ruby; then Java, C#, or Swift, based on the platform you're targeting.

There is a small arrangement in this HTML lesson: https://www.sololearn.com/learn/HTML/1021/ But actually there is not, you can make yourself one. I don't recommend to rush, as Websites, Android Apps and Computer games are topics, that are quite far away from each other. For creating websites, (I've thought that websites and web apps are same thing) I would recommend to just follow the list in the link. (HTML, CSS, JS and PHP). For creating android apps I would recommend to learn Java. Many programmers would recommend C# for making computer games with Unity.
