How long can l take to learn dart&flutter and build apps if i give eight hours per week ??

it's depends on your skills.if you give 8 hour then you can easily learn flutter within a 1 or 1.5 month😊

Ive been messing with flutter and it seems very sensitive. For the most part i can get things to run but it has been far from easy. If you devote enough time to it you can learn anything though.
