Im interested in being a web developer and how long will it takes

Start with
Html/Html5 don't underestimate Html5
Then move to CSS get a good grip in it then move to JavaScript, understand JavaScript first before moving into JS browser and DOM part,
Now try to make a project based on these 3 language (you can also learn Bootstrap and jQuery, they reduce time and are handy)
After this you try to master any of the JS framework and libraries like Angular, Vuejs and React. (Knowledge of REST is a big plus point)
And now as of time, I really don't think this can be answered because web development is a field in which new libraries and framework and concepts are introduced very often, so you really can't stop learning, you have to keep yourself updated

You need to learn html css and js and for the basics a week should do it. And for the advanced stuff I'll have to say you never stop learning it.
