I want to be a programmer or developer. can anybody advice me, how can i start learning? What I need to learn at first? then step by step?

The first question is who is your customer or target user. What type if interface will they want or need to use. If you are just learning as a true beginner I recommend learning one of each type of language (script [python, Bash, batch], bytecode/interpretted[python, java], and compiled[c, c++, c#]). In addition I would recommend beginning a chain of Web development languages (In order: html, css, javaScript, php, MySQL). Once you have those down you can truly start combining the technologies and compile apps or pc programs that interact with Web based services. That's how you get widely used technologies like git that have pieces from all the categories.
