Which programming language should I take between C, C++ and C#..

Am going to take a C programming course but I like to go for the most relevant instead of taking all or having all the experience from all 3 C programming lang.

A language is relevant to a particular field, it depends on what you plan to achieve with programming.

Among the languages you mentioned, both C++ and C# can be used for game development. Keep in mind that game development in C is also possible.
