When you finish the entire course on java here you will feel like you know even less :D Java is huge, it's almost impossible to learn all of it but don't get discouraged - after you're done with sololearn, go to Codecademy.com and finish the free course, then start doing small projects only when you use Java daily things will become clearer

You should try all of them out and see which one you are most comfortable with and stick to it until you get good.

What HNNX 🐿 said. And also there are some very good courses on Java where you can also learn a lot about general programming techniques like design patterns etc. The one I am doing atm on edx.org is sadly not free any more but it is extremely helpful.
