Do I have to learn full Python first to create my own Python library?

Hello, I am looking forward to creating my own library for Python. But, the problem is, I don't know every part of Python yet. So, the question is, do I have to learn all of Python first to create my own library? Thanks in advance.

Python is huge. You only need to know what is relevant to your project.

What kind of lib? Most libraries are written in C because it is faster.

I don't know why you want to create that library, but you definetly should learn all python syntax, or at least all important ones. Also, you probably need to learn other frameworks before moving to making your own. And if you need help, you can dm me.
