you can deploy it on virtual machine on a cloud platform , or if you want to hot it on your local network like devices connected to your own wifi, you can simply check your ip address by command "ifconfig" in linux terminal and if you are using windows then "ipconfig" in CMD , copy ip address on and paste it on your mobile/laptop/other pc using same wifi connection and you can access your website there its that simple ..

The php code must be hosted with apache. you can get xampp for a local computer testing. It has everything you will ever need.
