Try it with a free Dropbox account and set the picture/file as public visible for each who has the link. Then use the link in your code.

When using dynamic links, images from the site disappear, Yandex disk updates them. As a result, this method does not fit. More options are needed.

could through Yandex drive by opening the original and copying the link from the address bar. Are there any other options?

on Yandex disc, file links are constantly changing, Dropbox doesn’t have this.

@Mohammad Kaif Aman
* Dynamic website has script language to control/monitor event
* Static website is plain HTML - what was written in the code is what you see
* Dynamic website has a database (bakcend)
* Static does not have a database
* Dynamic website changes base on user input or backend's (database) auto-events which causes the page to a physical change permanently unless other command is given.
* Static website remain how it was created at first unless the developer update it and replace with a new set of code or entire file.
* Dynamic is fully interactive
* Static isn't interactive
Many more difference I believe my colleagues here will help more.

You can also create a free hosting area at any of the free-provided hosting site, then upload your image(s) so you can refer to the image location by the link.
