Yes in playstore many plateform are available u can download cxxdroid its very good app for Android and its have huge librabry . In this app u dont need to change your code if u used using namespace ,getch, void main some compiler its not supporting like turbo but in this app u can run easily .

Creepy Channel you have a lot of alternatives if you search in the Play Store. For C++, the best according to me is CppDroid. It has support for C and C++.

Also, if you are ready for a bit of initial hardwork or if you have ever used Bash Shell (shell used in Linux), totally check out Termux. It is a full command line interface for Android. You can run every language on it after installing them. You can even run NodeJs or Django server. Full PC experience
