Where is the comment button? I can't find it? If it matters this is a school computer.

The comment button is the post button on the lower right hand side of the screen

In computers:
Lesson comments - you can comment by clicking the number/comments section
at the lower right section
e.g. 17 comments
then click the plus button
Code comments - sorry you can't comment here

In phones:
Lesson comments - you can make a comment by clicking first the comments
section then clicking the plus button
Code comments - click the comment icon there you see the comments then
click the plus button

Thanks, I thought you could comment on a code, but I guess you can't
