Is it better for a biginner to use eye glasses?

While feeling pain in eyes and head while spending lot of time in front of monitors, if so is there any kind of glasses to use for a person who hasn't any eye problems before?

You should consult a doctor or professional for optics with that. Sounds strongly as if you would need glasses. If so, you should definitely get and wear some before your eyes are getting worse!

It is not necessary but if your eyes really hurt then you should get enough sleep and take 5 minutes of break. Or Just buy Anti-blue Light glasses or consult a doctor as per Sandra Meyer. And make sure you use dark mode. ;)

And yes, there are specific glasses for usage with displays. If you've never ever before had any symptoms, you may also consider if your working environment probably it's just not that ergonomic as it has to be (position of display, how and in which angle the light falls onto it and so on).
