Is that best side server side or client side to code ?

If we build a app, we've to collect some details about real time info. That info will temporaly save on variables.
Mean time we have to use that info to genarate whole process with where contain every details in server side database.
What is the best side to write process source code ? is it server side or clien side ?

In my opinion Server side coding is best, it's not hackable it is secure. I like php it's server side and also a object oriented programming language so I love it most

To optimize the performance of algorithm the best way is coding in server side. Am I correct ? If it is yes the best language is php ?
