First of all html is easy .
Second you can understand the tags as of its name example : <h1>this tag defines the 1 large size heading. And so on .And of course SOLOLEARN is for this .
You can use text editors for writing the code and save it in the extension .html, and run it using any browser.
I recommend
ATOM
SUBLIME TEXT
VISUAL STUDIO CODE
BRACKETS
for text editors.
Practice at least for 2hours a day.
The more you spend on it
The more you use to get on it.

To start you might want to find a suitable device, text editor and browser for you. If you find anything that might be too complicated for you, you can always skip it and come back to it later.

You can use Chrome or Chromium Edge as browser and editor, I recommend Sublime Text 3 because it’s accessible and free, even if it asks you to buy a license. (You can just ignore that prompt when it comes up.) But if you don’t prefer that then you can just use Sololearn Playground of Notepad.

Html tutorial is waiting for you.

You can use notepad++ as text editor. Don't forget to rename your file in the right extension (.html or .htm).
Personnely, I use Atom. A bit more complex but way better in the end.

If you’re on a MacBook, I am not entirely sure what you can do. Sorry if you are.
