Why Go lang is still not popular in Web development ?

Question

I just started learning web development and i get to know about Go lang. I started learning basics of it quite week ago and i feel that its a really awesome language with everything so simple like python and faster in execution too but its not too famous yet . Why ? Can anyone help me

i guess it's just new and has to prove itself before it will replace the established ones. Oh and it WILL replace those.
