How to add audio to my html code.

Question

I know the straight-forward answer is the use of the audio element. But in the doing that i need the URL of the song. Ive gone through previously asked questions and suggestions about using Google Drive were made. I tried Google Drive but it didnt work. Please how can i add songs on my phone to my html code. 😔
