NoSql is a great suggestion. Maybe we could rate here for the most wanted... I'd like to have Elastic Search or MongoDB ^^

indeed. everything have their pros. theres no way to say sql is better or sth like that! we should use things at their right place and there's no harm on learning new things.

NoSQL systems should be optimised as much as possible before I could consider using one. The point of SQL is to have a consistant-ish access to the most used and powerful database engines. And these are now quite efficient and secure (if used correctly) but they are general purpose, so not that efficient in some cases. That's why NoSQL came to be (I would think)

NoSQL is not an option : there are LOADS of systems of NoSQL. This is just insane : you can't just pick one if it is not widely used. You have to admit that SQL is stable, while NoSQL systems have NO standard. That's the point of SQL databases
