Learning C++

Question

I want to learn c++ completely, I mean everything that can be learned about it but I don't know what sources, books, sites or apps to use.
I've recently completed soloLearn's c++ course but I feel like I don't know anything
Any opinion or recommendation???

I'd recommend "The C++ Programming Language" by Bjarne Stroustrup. It has everything you need to know about the language.
