Hi. How much do you have to get out of 10 on the "Test Out" in order to be allowed to take a shortcut? Thank you!

How many times i take a shortcut because I have to manage my app and my game which is in develpment and my website i not always get 10 out of 10 bits while learning a lesson in coding now i have only certified for kotlin only so please i posted a question on RUBY language please solve it if you can Please help in solving this https://www.sololearn.com/Discuss/3092576/please-help-me-in-solving-this-in-ruby-language
